Based in the foothills outside Golden, Colorado, Integrated Growth, Inc. (IGI), provides leadership consulting and coaching designed to help companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals get where they want to go.
IGI partners with companies to lead, grow and succeed in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, food and grocery, and many others.
Founded in 1998, IGI is made up of specialists from a variety of business disciplines, such as leadership, performance management, communications, strategic planning, and career development.

Gretchen Reid is the founder and lead facilitator of Integrated Growth, Inc. with over 16 years experience in the field of training and development. She passionately lives her life from truth and personal power and helps to open that passion, truth and power in her clients. She holds a Masters Degree in Career and Human Resource Development with a concentration in Organization Development and Instructional Technology. Gretchen has worked with a variety of clients in the areas of leadership, performance management, team building, and communications. As the Director of Training and Consulting for firms over the years, she has conducted needs assessments, designed and delivered employee development programs, and worked with executives at all levels of client organizations impacting clients such as Janus Capital Group, United Airlines, StorageTek, CoBank, Nalco, Echostar, Whole Foods, Aspen Healthcare and Exempla Healthcare.
Wendy Boyer has over 12 years of experience and a Masters Degree in the field of learning and organization development. Wendy merges adult learning theory with a practical approach to the realities of today’s business environment. As an avid learner and facilitator, she understands the importance of drawing out the inner potential of each individual. Experienced as both an internal and external development professional, she understands the complexities of both perspectives when designing and delivering development solutions. She works with teams to ensure learning solutions align and engage participants to achieve results. As director of training and development for a financial industry firm, Wendy implemented a comprehensive training and development strategy that supported organizational metrics and focused on all aspects of employee, leadership and required job development. Outside of the office Wendy is an avid outdoorswoman enjoying hikes, skiing and triathlons.
Tara Powers holds a master’s degree in Organizational Management and a certified Training Manager/Director designation. As a Training Manager, she has coached and trained hundreds of managers, customer service associates and front line employees on a variety of performance improvement topics. Tara is an active member of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, American Society for Training & Development, 2004 Chair of the Business Women’s Leadership Group, and a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She recently held the title of VP of Education for the Chamber Speakeasy Toastmaster’s Club. Tara is also an instructor of management and leadership courses at the University of Phoenix and Front Range Community College. Her client list includes top organizations such as Intrado, Caterpillar, National Wildlife Federation, Proligo, Inovonics Wireless Corporation, Openwave, INTECH and Janus Capital Group.
Burke Miller is a seasoned executive coach and leadership development consultant. He works with leaders and leadership teams to achieve the impact they envision in their organizations. He specializes in helping clients build and draw on their inner resources in pursuit of exceptional leadership and has proven that through his design and facilitation of Leading With Mastery, Leading Yourself, and Leading on Purpose, in addition to leading Wilderness Vision Quests.
Maureen McNamara is our communications and presentations expert with over twelve years of training and coaching experience facilitating hundreds of workshops to diverse groups of participants from entry-level employees to upper management. She is a certified Dale Carnegie instructor focusing in the areas of selling ourselves and our ideas, handling difficult situations, planning and organizing our thoughts, presenting with impact, and professional speaking. In addition, Maureen is a professionally trained coach through the Coaches Training Institute.
