A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER & CEO, GRETCHEN REID
For more than 30 years, I've been helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate change, strengthen culture, and create meaningful impact. Along the way, I've learned that sustainable transformation happens when we engage the whole person, not just strategies and systems, but also the deeper wisdom, purpose, and potential that exist within each of us.
As the Founder and CEO of Integrated Growth, my work brings together leadership development, executive coaching, culture transformation, strategic change, and team effectiveness. Whether I'm partnering with a healthcare organization, mountain resort, nonprofit, public agency, or entrepreneurial leader, my passion is helping people move beyond limitations and align around a shared vision that inspires meaningful action.
Over the years, I've discovered that the most powerful transformations occur when we engage both the practical and the profound. Alongside my work in leadership and organizational development, I help people access deeper levels of insight, alignment, and personal growth through approaches that honor the connection between mind, body, and inner knowing. I believe we each carry an innate wisdom that can guide us toward our highest potential when we create the space to listen.
Clients often tell me that I create a space where people feel safe enough to have the conversations that matter most, where breakthrough insights emerge, trust deepens, and lasting change becomes possible. My greatest joy is helping people, teams, and communities discover what's possible when they lead with courage, authenticity, and purpose.
