Gretchen Reid
Gretchen is passionate about helping you bring your vision to life through effective leadership and influence skills. You know your business. Gretchen specializes in helping you build your teams and organization in such a way that ensures your success. She brings more than 30 years of experience coaching leaders, creating spaces for transformational conversations, and building customized, award-winning Leadership and Talent Development Programs in the fields of healthcare, wellness, outdoor industry, hospitality, and public service. Her expertise has directly contributed to awards, including Fast Company’s 50 Most Innovative Companies, Forbes America’s Best Employers List, Forbes Best Employer for Diversity, and ASTD BEST. Gretchen is a professor of HR Change Management, Leading a Culture of Innovation, and Leadership Development for DU | University College Strategic HR Masters Program.

Get to Know Our Team
The Integrated Growth team is made up of highly trained and tenured consultants, facilitators, and coaches each with over a decade or more applied experience. Many have advanced degrees and are Certified Professional Coaches.
We fall in love with the problem, not the solution, we check our biases, and we meet you where you are. We leave our masks and facades at the door. We share our authentic selves and say it like it is in a way you can hear and respond to.
Assignments are determined by availability, area of expertise, and cultural fit.

Brooke Moran has been helping people strengthen their leadership skills, including identifying their purposes and passions, for over 20 years via coaching, presentations and workshops, and experiential methodologies. Brooke holds a PhD and has conducted original research and authored “Organizational Heartbeats: Engaging Employees in Sustainability by Leveraging Purpose and Curating Culture”.

Senior Facilitator and Organizational Strategist
Diane Schroeder has over two decades of experience in leadership roles in the U.S. Fire Service. She has her MA in Organizational Leadership and is a graduate of the Executive Fire Officer (EFO) program. She focuses on delivering authentic leadership, creating healthy work cultures where teams can thrive, and giving tools to leaders to focus on self-maintenance. Diane's passion lies in building the bridges that allow organizations to get from where they are to where they want to go.

Paul Tame is a senior consultant with Integrated Growth. Having completed course work for his PhD in Sustainability Leadership, Paul has consulted in organizations in 9 countries around the world, worked as a Director for Outward Bound, served with the Australian Army, and taught in higher education. With his approachable style that quickly wins people’s trust and respect, he is committed to building teams that solve the problems of our society.

Carol Pfeiffer is an ICF Certified Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, bringing 30 years of experience in the field of people development. Carol’s passion is being a trusted coach, advisor and sounding board to leaders. She specializes in coaching women in leadership and leaders navigating transitions (promotions, parental leave, sabbaticals, etc).

Senior Facilitator
Brent Snow is an expert in the design and facilitation of strategic business simulations and learning experiences focused on decision-making and inclusive leadership. Brent and his work have been written about in Fortune, Fast Company and CIO Magazines and have won learning design awards. His signature program, The Interplay Simulation, was nominated as the single best learning experience in all of Scandinavia’s existing MBA programs, and The Inclusive Leader recently won two Brandon Hall Bronze learning excellence awards.

Rachael Gaibel focuses on designing and developing customized Talent and Leadership Development programs, processes, and written content including job aids, learning guides, and communication plans. She has 15 years of experience in Corporate HR and Organizational Development. As a Prosci Change Practitioner, she brings a detailed view to organizational change management efforts to ensure overall success in change initiatives.

Monique Stitts' background is in program and project management. She spent 6+ years working with community non-profit organizations and now supports mission-driven businesses and entrepreneurs in creating systems that allow them to show up fully and confidently. She is passionate about supporting businesses that prioritize responsible leadership, healthy working cultures, and fulfilled teams.
