Leading with PRIDE

Our PRIDE Model is based on 30 years of experience observing five key elements that create the environment for healthy and high performing teams. Together we walk the wheel of the PRIDE model to identify strengths and opportunities in each area. As a result, you will create a plan to elevate your team effectiveness back on the job. This session is best suited for intact teams. The PRIDE Assessment may be administered and compiled in advance to inform the focus of the workshop.

The Enterprise Leader

Leadership is not just about leading your function, but rather being a steward of the organization and seeing the interdependencies between your function and all other aspects of the system. Through the facilitation of a realistic simulation relevant to your industry/business, your leaders will gain a systems view of how their decisions and actions impact the whole of the operations. Leaning into the PRIDE model, participants will play out the scenario and elevate their thinking to an enterprise level.

The Interplay Business Simulation

Throughout this day-long workshop, teams launch and run simulated businesses that compete against each other. Participants take on senior leadership roles within each of the companies and make numerous strategic and tactical decisions throughout the day. Learning occurs as they explore options, discuss strategies and tactics, experience consequences of their decisions and actions and present and debrief results.  The simulation gives professionals the crucial perspectives they need to elevate to a more senior level and can be customized to reflect particular company challenges and dynamics.

The Mind-Body Leader

Leadership in today’s environment is getting more or more complex. In order to be most successful as a leader, one must be mindful of their own internal dialogue and the external world around them. Practicing mindfulness and mind-body awareness will exercise your brain’s neuroplasticity and increase your agility and effectiveness as a leader.

The Power of Emotional Intelligence

According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report, emotional intelligence is one of the top qualities valued by employers today. Individuals who display high levels of emotional intelligence show an enhanced ability to adapt to change, manage their emotions, and work well with a diverse range of people. Simply stated, they are more successful. Learn how you can elevate your level of Emotional Intelligence and improve your effectiveness at work and across all aspects of your life.

We were so fortunate to have Integrated Growth support our Hospital leadership series on managing the changes that arose from the pandemic. Gretchen offered to help us in a time of need and showed deep experience, an engaging and inclusive demeanor, and followed up with resources to ensure teams had the tools they needed. She is a polished presenter who found creative ways to engage our learners at a distance.”
